This is the signature seminar offered by Feedback Plus, Inc. and it’s perfect for annual, regional and franchise meetings.  Prior to the meeting, Feedback Plus, Inc. will send professionals into the field to discover what it’s like to do business with the people who will be attending the meeting. You provide the list of attendees, and Feedback Plus, Inc. will “mystery shop” the locations!  During the course of the motivational seminar, those who have provided exceptional service during the “mystery shops” will be awarded certificates. 
This activity, combined with the content of the seminar, has proven to be a powerful experience for attendees.
