Shopper Pledge
- I agree to thoroughly read and understand the instructions for every mystery shop I accept before beginning the shopping interaction.
- I understand that the instructions directly reflect the clients' requirements for their specific, custom-designed mystery shop scenario. Therefore, I am not at liberty to deviate from those instructions.
- I understand that failure to follow the instructions can result in an "invalid" shop which is unacceptable to the client. I understand that I will not be paid for shops that are invalid because I fail to follow instructions.
- I agree to faithfully complete each shop I accept on schedule and in compliance with its requirements which may include returning supporting documents like purchase receipts.
- I agree that no matter how unpleasant a shopping experience may be, I will faithfully report the circumstances to Feedback Plus, Inc. Even if I receive extremely poor customer service, I will not contact Feedback's client directly. My communication of these circumstances to Feedback is my sole duty and my only recourse.
- Finally, I agree that I will be honest and fair in my completion of shops and my submission of data. The information I submit will be true, accurate and grammatically correct.
